Villa Isabel Son Serra de Marina is situated on a fully fenced plot of 315 m². Two large sun terraces in front of and behind the house are equipped with modern, high-quality outdoor furniture. Clear geometric shapes and a minimalist outdoor area embody a modern interpretation of the elemental and purist tendencies of the 80s, a conscious break with the trend of waves of colours and shapes - this design style is still considered groundbreaking today for both functional and cool. A large pool of varying depths with an outdoor shower right next to the house provides the necessary refreshment on warm days; comfortable sun loungers are available for relaxing. On the other side of the house is a terrace with a built-in charcoal barbecue, large dining table and seating for up to six people. Enjoy a hearty breakfast outdoors or spend cosy hours by candlelight while listening to the gentle sound of the waves in the sea.

The rooms of the 120 m² house are spread over the ground floor. The modern, bright living room with separate dining and living area leads into an open-plan kitchen. White curtains in front of floor-to-ceiling windows provide plenty of light and create a cosy atmosphere. You can watch your favourite shows on the large flat-screen TV from the comfortable sofa. Enjoy full internet access on holiday? No worries! Simply browse via the WLAN. The open-plan kitchen in your villa is equipped with state-of-the-art appliances; a spacious fridge offers plenty of room for extended shopping trips. The three bedrooms, also located on the ground floor, are functional and decorated in bright colours. The mix of white furniture and selected colour accents creates a cosy impression. Two double rooms have 1.60 x 2 m double beds; the third room has a single bed for an additional traveller. All bedrooms and the living room are fully air-conditioned. Two modern daylight showers with walk-in showers, one of which is en-suite, make your morning routine a real pleasure.

Your holiday home is centrally located right in the village and just a few minutes' walk from the sea. There is a small supermarket in the immediate vicinity and the tranquil marina with 128 berths can be reached in just a few minutes. The original character of the charming coastal village of Son Serra de Marina in the north-east of the island is reflected in its natural sandy coastline; visitors will not encounter large hotels and crowds of tourists here. On the contrary, this rather unknown hotspot enchants its guests with a beautiful dune landscape, beaches with fine sand and perfect conditions for water sports enthusiasts. Regional flora thrives in the hinterland of the coast: fragrant rosemary bushes, junipers, peach trees and olive groves allow you to forget the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The village is also known for its very special viewpoint: From the prehistoric Talaiot de sa Nineta tower, you can enjoy a fantastic view of the bay of Alcúdia.
