A holiday with the sound of the waves in your ears, the scent of salt water in your nose and the Mediterranean Sea before your eyes: this is what awaits you if you choose Villa Catala de la Colonia near the small town of Colònia de Sant Pere in the east of the island. The very well-kept house scores with its unbeatable location right on the water. If you let your gaze wander from here, you will see nothing but the deep blue sea and a few sailing boats bobbing in a small marina on the right. On the large, secluded terrace behind the well-kept villa with its pretty dark brown shutters, comfortable sun loungers will help you get your desired holiday tan and if you want to cool off in between, you can use the practical outdoor shower. Large awnings provide pleasant shade when needed. Of course, you will also find a large dining table with matching chairs and a cosy outdoor furniture set for relaxing on the terrace, both in the dining room and upstairs. You can prepare delicious delicacies on the brick barbecue, accompanied by a fresh salad and a glass of wine with a unique view - you could hardly wish for more!

The special thing about the villa is the layout of the bright rooms in friendly colours: Up to eight people and a baby can be accommodated here on two separate levels. In fact, there are two bathrooms, bedrooms, living and dining rooms so that two families can spend their holiday together but still enjoy plenty of privacy. On the ground floor there is an open-plan living/dining area with inviting sofas and a beautiful glass and wood dining table, which is atmospherically lit by an even more beautiful chandelier. Right next to it is the well-equipped kitchen, which is shared with the residents on the first floor. Two bedrooms and two chic bathrooms round off the living comfort on this level of the house. On the upper floor you will find another cosy living room with dining area, slightly smaller than on the ground floor, but with equally high-quality furnishings. If you want some time to yourself, you can also retreat to one of the two pleasantly and discreetly furnished bedrooms. There is also a spacious bathroom.

Your Villa Catala de la Colonia is located on the edge of the Montferrux settlement, surrounded by the typical landscape that makes Mallorca a dream holiday destination for nature lovers, hikers and cyclists. From your accommodation, you can go for walks along the rocky coast, but also inland. If you would like to explore the surrounding area in your hire car, you can easily reach the small town of Artà just 13.2 km up the road, which can be heard from time to time. Shopping and eating out is easily possible on foot: the centre of the tranquil town of Colònia de Sant Pere is only around 700 m away. The pace in this small town is somewhat slower than in the tourist centres. So why not simply stroll through the winding alleyways, enjoy a coffee or tasty tapas on the promenade and let the Mediterranean atmosphere envelop you - pure relaxation! It's not far to the beach either: the city beach Platja de la Colònia is just 600 metres away.
