This beautiful semi-detached house for eight guests is characterised by its prime location right by the sea, separated from it only by a small coastal road. If you want to spend your holiday in a maritime setting and have a view of the water around the clock, you've come to the right place. The area, which extends over several very decorative levels, has a lot to offer in terms of outdoor seating: Firstly, there are the wonderful sunbathing areas around the pool, where you can stretch out and loll towards the Mediterranean sky . In between, you can refresh yourself in the pool, which is easily accessible via a staircase and from which you have a marvellous view of the sea. Mediterranean plants in tubs and small beds flank the pretty relaxation areas, including the raised terrace, where you can sit comfortably in the lounge or under a roof at the dining table and enjoy meals together with a fantastic sea view. Several balconies round off the attractive range of outdoor seating areas.

The sophisticated interior design of this high-quality villa on Mallorca is ideal for extensive indoor relaxation. Delicate elegance defines the flair of the rooms, which are furnished with stylish furniture, light colours and skilfully selected decorations.
