This attractive, renovated and newly furnished finca is privileged and a bit secluded, but close to the center. You live in the countryside and yet shopping, restaurants and cafes are within easy walking distance. The attractive pool area is comfortably furnished and romantically lit. This makes it an absolute and popular highlight, especially at night. The specially prepared and slightly saline pool water is particularly skin-friendly and gives no eye irritation. A ping-pong table is available. The back of the house is adjacent to the link road to Arta. The last part of the route is not paved. License number: ET / 4222.

    “Das Haus ist sehr schwer zu finden, eine genauere Beschreibung wäre gut! Ansonsten ist das Haus für den Preis echt gut. Kleinere Mängel am Zustand des Hauses waren für uns kein Problem. Die Lage mit Meerblick und Abseits vom Trubel echt genial, nur die ca. 100 m entfernte Schnellstraße war gelegentlich nervig. Ansonsten schön grün gelegen, ca. 5 Minuten mit dem Auto zum Strand, 3 Minuten zum nächsten Supermarkt, Apotheke etc. Die Zimmer und insbesondere die zwei sehr großen Terrassen waren echt super.
