The holiday apartment is located in a single-family home built in 1932, was renovated in 1997 and is furnished in a functional and typical country style. The property is located in a residential area, on the outskirts. Also due to its quiet and sunny location the domicile is popular. Available for shared use: sunbathing lawn, parasol, barbecue facilities, garden furniture and campfire site.

Harrachov, 650 m above sea level. The holiday apartement is located on a garden plot with meadow, flowers and shrubs. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The apartments CSR RIG 048 (2 Holiday Flats of the same type for each 4 persons) and CSR RIG 049 (5 persons) are located in the same house. The property is closed with a fence only from May to October. In winter there is no fence. Access is via a side road (asphalted, length 400 m). Parking (for 5 cars) is available on the property. Also in winter by car easy to reach.
