Three-room apartment on the first floor with a west-facing balcony
The apartment is in the middle of Büsum, in a central and convenien location. The beach, pedestrian zone, harbour, shopping facilities and the centre are within easy walking distance. Haus Karin has two four-star apartments, a three-star apartment and an apartment that is let out permanently.
Our non-smoking, three-room, 58m² on the first floor has been classified as four-star. It has been furnished and decorated in a charming, contemporary, light and antiallergenic style. The floors are tiled or are laid with laminate. It comprises a living and dining room with a kitchen unit and a corner sofa, a coffee table, a stool, a relaxation lounger, a floor lamp, a 42” flatscreen TV, a sideboard and a radio-CD player. There is a fully-equipped kitchen with a four-ring hob, an oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, egg boiler, Senseo coffee machine, microwave, crockery, pans, a coffee machine, fridge with freezer compartment, mixer and a table with four chairs. The floor is tiled. Next to it there is a bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200cm with a superior slatted frame), two bedside tables with lamps, a wardrobe, a chair, satellite TV with a DVD player and a Playstation 3. The floor is laid with laminate. The second bedroom has a double bed (200 x 200cm), two bedside tables, reading lamps, a wardrobe, mirror, stool and laminate flooring. The bathroom provides a shower, a wall cupboard with a mirror, a washbasin, a hairdryer, a stool, a makeup mirror and a toilet. The hallway has wardrobe and a tiled floor.
The west-facing balcony provides garden furniture, four chairs and two tables, as well as a parasol. It is 15 metres to a garden shed with table football, a table with four chairs and a grill. There is a shared lawn of around 40m². There is a car parking space right by the house and bicycles can be locked away in the garage.
It is about 900 metres to the beach, accessed along good paths, so you could take a pushchair or hand cart. The centre with restaurants and supermarkets is about 800 metres away.
