Antique stone farmhouse built in 1684, in a panoramic position near Lake Trasimeno and on the border with Tuscany. In the main wing there are 8 apartments (including IUT 152, 153, 154, 161, 162, 163), the reception and the restaurant, open only by reservation and for a minimum of 6 people. In the annex building there are 8 one-room apartments (including IUT 148, 149, 150, 151, 165, 166). Each apartment has a private and equipped outdoor area. The rural vacation complex consists of independent, air-conditioned apartments. For groups, on request (at least 20 days in advance), there is the possibility of cooking and sommelier courses and excursions to the island of the lake followed by dinner. Beautiful swimming pool in panoramic position and well-kept garden overlooking Lake Trasimeno and over the countryside. Villa Osvaldo has 30 hectares of land where virgin olive oil is produced. Honey and other natural food products of own production can also be purchased here. Villa Osvaldo has bicycles, children's games and offers special conditions for a nearby horse riding arena and fishing lake. The thermal baths of Chianciano are 15 min. away and a golf course with 10 holes (also here special conditions) 10 min. away. Washing machine for communal use against payment on site. WLAN internet on the terraces. Distances: Perugia 40 km, Castiglione del Lago 10 km, Montepulciano 15 km, Cortona 20 km, Arezzo 45 km. Unpaved driveway.
