Conveniently located holiday flat with a balcony and views of the nearby ocean

This 50 m² holiday flat is near the yacht harbour. It was built in 1990 and last renovated in 2013. It is located on the second floor of a residential building and accommodates three adults and a baby up to 2 years of age. The ideal climate and the stunning landscape in southern Tenerife will ensure that you have an unforgettable holiday here.

The apartment has one bedroom is furnished with two single beds (0.90 x 2.00 m each), which can be combined to a double bed. The bathroom boasts a shower tub, a hairdryer, a sink and a toilet. The fully furnished kitchen unit is equipped with a four burner stove, a refrigerator, a freezer, a coffee maker and a microwave . It is connected to the living room via a service hatch. The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa bed for one additional guest, an armchair and a satellite television. A crib and a high chair are available upon request. Wireless internet access is also available.

The balcony, which offers views over the cliffs, can be accessed from the living room. It is furnished with outdoor furniture and an awning.

The cliffs of Los Gigantes are a breathtakingly beautiful natural monument. The vertical walls are about 800 meters long and frame the local, black sandy beach. At the local yacht harbour, daily boat tours depart. At the centre of town you will find shopping facilities and nightlife, including live music on numerous patios of bars and restaurants. It is about 20 km to the nearest golf court and 30 km to the airport.

    “Lägenheten ligger mycket bra i byn med gångavstånd till det mesta.

    Pentryt är i våra ögon inte tillräckligt bra för mer avancerad matlagning och tvättmaskin och dito diskmaskin saknas.

    Uppsättningen av glas och porslin är som så många gånger förr en säregen blandning och få glas matchar varandra. Kylen och frysfacket är utmärkt om än ngt ljudlig.

    Balkongen saknar sol och ligger emot en ganska trafikerad huvudgata men till kvällarna är det lugnt och med utsikt över hamninloppet och de fantastiska klipporna.

    Sovrummet vetter emot en lugn innegård så nätterna är ostörda.
    Bra badrum men i behov av underhåll.

    På det hela taget en normal uthyrningslägenhet som fungerade tillräckligt bra för våra behov som var två vuxna.
