Barbat. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Holiday Flats RAB BAR 014 and RAB BAR 033 (each for 5 persons) are located in the same building. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking is available on the property and on the street in front of the house.

Barbat: boat launch 10 m, diving 1000 m, boat rental 200 m and dog beach 250 m. tennis, mini golf each 5 km in Rab. From the garden you have access to the beach directly.
